Welcome, This site is dedicated to
Californian voter's who are tired of our elected State Official's wasting taxpayer money by introducing and sponsoring
bills that are unnecessary, overly complicated, and contain multiple issues.
Approximately 2500 bills have already
been introduced by the California State Assembly and Senate for the 2011-2012 term. There were already 725 new
laws enacted on January 1, 2011 and more to come in 2012. Although
less than 30% (on average) of proposed bills actually make it to the Governor's desk and are signed, it still makes you think
whether it is necessary for our Legislator's to waste their time and our taxes on so many bills. Do the people of California
really think that we need 700 new or modified laws each year? Legislator's will tell you it is necessary, but just maybe
it is only necessary for their own personal political career and not really necessary for California's general public.
We will examine many of the bills introduced and let you, the voters, decide whether they are all necessary.

This site is a place for Californian voter's to express their opinion about current and newly introduced bills through
surveys. Issues will not be discussed and blogs will not opened. However, the results of the surveys will be sent
to the bills author(s) and in some cases the entire Legislative and Senatorial bodies. A running tally of survey results
will be kept for each Senator and Legislator and displayed for a history of how well his or her bills are accepted or rejected
by the people taking our survey. The survey is open to all registered voters in California. This
site is a non-profit private organization not affiliated with any political, governmental, union, or otherwise lobbying organization.
This site is for informational purposes only. The surveys are not scientifically valid and any opinions or
questions presented on the surveys are expressly those of the sites management. Information on Bills is taken
from www.leginfo.ca.gov which is the official site for California legislative information and is maintained by the Legislative Counsel of California, pursuant to California law.
